I have been taking my children to this office for 10 year now. We have seen both Dr. Chan and Dr. Michael. They are so patient with the kids and really take the time to make them comfortable, especially during treatment! Their work is always perfect and are on top of emergencies. Every experience has been outstanding. The staff, assistants, and doctors are always so kind and have the best bedside manner. Scheduling is easy, office is clean, billing staff is informative, and kids love the games!

Dr. Chan and his staff are AMAZING. Dr. Chan has been treating my 17 year old daughter for at least 10 -12 years. Dr. Chan provides the highest level of care. He is thorough, his work is precise, and he treats all of his patients and their parents with respect and kindness. The staff is incredible too. They are consistently kind, polite, compassionate, and competent. (Insurance assistant included). They also go above and beyond to quickly respond to emergencies. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars.

dentistry for children is very friendly and has a professional staff. There is great entertainment for the kids to wait around. For example, a arcade room. They've been part of the Reno community for years. I would recommend them for any family needing dentistry for their children.

Dr. Chan is absolutely amazing. We have a 9 year old disabled son & he has been the first and only dentist that has helped & been super gentle and caring!!! My son is no longer in pain!!
